About The Company

The firm was established in 1991 by Hassan Al Khater, a registered Qatari advocate holding a Master of Laws degree from the University of Wales. We concentrate on representing corporate clients, both inward investing and locally established companies, which are carrying on business in Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre.

We advise on all aspects of Qatar’s commercial and civil laws and the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. We provide a full range of corporate and commercial legal services to our clients, as well as arbitrations (both in Qatar and abroad) and proceedings before the Civil Court.
