King’s College, Doha opened in 2016 in partnership with King’s College in the UK
and has quickly developed a reputation as one of the leading schools in Qatar.
King’s College, Doha offers an outstanding British education based on the ethos
and curriculum of King’s UK adapted to the international setting of Doha, to boys
and girls from the age of 3 to 18.

King’s offers a well-rounded education with a strong academic focus combined
with an extensive co-curriculum programme that includes sports, music, and the
arts within an extended and fulfilling school. Our curriculum is underpinned by
an emphasis on ensuring excellent pastoral care for every child.
King’s places a great emphasis on specialist teaching. Children in Pre-School to
Year 4 enjoy specialist taught lessons in Arabic, Music and PE together with their
class teacher led lessons. From Year 5 upwards and uniquely for Qatar, all
lessons are taught by specialist teachers to ensure a premium King’s UK style
education.

Our UK trained and qualified teachers are complemented by specialist Arabic and
Islamic teachers and they work tirelessly to give all children every opportunity to
excel in their academic work and discover new talents and skills.
We have recently been proud to announce the extension of our world class
education offer to the full age range of 3 to 18 at our new state of the art
campus in Mesaimeer.

Opening in September 2022, award winning architects have designed our second
campus that will allow children to complete their King’s education before
accessing the best UK and US universities.
