The Edge is an international film production company of 75 people with offices in London and Doha.

We have a single focus: to create inspirational, emotionally engaging films that tell our clients stories in unforgettable ways. With over 28 years of filmmaking experience, we’ve won hundreds of awards at major film festivals including Production Company of the Year for 13 years in a row (New York Festivals), Cannes Corporate Film Production of the Year (2016),EVCOM Grand Prix winner (2014/15) and Televisual Number One Peer poll – 17 years straight.

We’ve been working in Qatar for over 14 years. In September 2018 we moved for the third time to our larger premises in West Bay to be close to our�many major Qatari clients including Ashghal, Astad, Commercial Bank Qatar, ExxonMobil, GCO [Government Communications Office], Georgetown, Hyundai, MOTC [Ministry of Transport & Communications], Northwestern, National Tourism Council (formerly QTA) Ooredoo,Sidra Medicine, the Supreme Committee, Tekfen, Qatar Development Bank, Qatar Foundation, Qatar Museums, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Post, Qatar Shell, Qatargas, QNB, Qatar Science and Technology Park, Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar. One of our most notable recent projects was the launch of Qatar’s first ever global brand film for Qatar Tourism Authority, now NTC , the award-winning films, The Essence of Qatar and Senses of Qatar which have won 11 major awards internationally at New York Festivals, EVCOM in London and Cannes Corporate Media Awards. More recently we were awarded 2 major awards for our Brand Film for Qatar Post, and another 2 awards in New York for our new film ‘Sorry’ for Sidra Medicine. Our most recent productions include the new TVCs for QNB, Ooredoo, and the National Tourism Council.
